I am wondering if any one rides their trike off road ?

Not like a single track that a two wheeler can ride,

but gravel roads, or those seldom ridden trails through the woods that the forestry service uses.

I see trikes on the highway and in shows where everyone is busy polishing chrome , even see a few with bugs on the fairing.

Just curious to see if there are any adventure riders around .

I know of some who have side cars that go around the world , has anyone attempted an around the world trike ride ??

Why are they all built for only highway use ?

( not being snarky, just curious)

Back in the mid~late 80's the Federal Government banned the sale of 3 wheeled ATV's. Too dangerous was the claim.

More than likely that has stopped manufacturers from getting into that market. Plus the demand for such a product likely isn't there...

My Sons and I Ran at least 4 ATC's..[All-Terrain-Cycles] into the ground and we would still have them if we didn't compltey wear them out..And if the Nimrods that got on them didn't ride them on black-top and then kill them self's they would still be legal...
