I only use my local Tire shop. I will look at Michelins again. I should’ve kept the Michelins I had on the trade I did.
Our nearest “tire shop” is an hour away. I do all my research about tires at Tirerack.com and then order from them to be delivered to my house 1 or 2 days later.

Our small town Chevy dealer works on about everything and I’ve got to know them quite well. I’m always referring customers to them and I buy and sell vehicles from them myself. They don’t mind if I take my own oil, filters, tires, etc to them as they know I’m fussy about what parts to use. They just charge me reasonable labor and we are all happy.

They have a touchless tire machine and a Roadforce balancer. I took my rear trike tires to them to dismount/remount & balance when I was putting the TPMS sensors in and they charged me $40. And, they detailed the rims before putting the stick on weights on the backside so you couldn’t see them.

My project yesterday was to reroute the breather vents in the head so I’m not coating the throttle body and intake with oil.

I have a Fuelmoto AC/DC air cleaner kit with adapter to reuse the factory cover. I reinstalled the factory breather bolts that has the hose nipples on them and used Gates brand 1/4” vacuum/evap hose with a “Y” connector.

Instead of a catch can, routed it down with the radiator overflow tube and will just let it drip like the crankcase vents on my tractors and semis do.

Pretty slick there.I like

It’s not what I did to ROJO but what ROJO did to me the other day. I’m headed to east TEXAS. 100 plus mile trip. Got 75 miles and saw my voltage meter tank. Dropped to zero. That’s the third time in two years I’ve had this issue. The last time was over a year ago and HD swore the prob was fixed. Of course I’m ten miles from the nearest town and thirty miles from the nearest HD dealer. I turned off my driving lights and cruise control hoping to save what little voltage I had and get as close to town as possible. Within a few hundred yards after turning off the lights and cruise, the voltage shot back up to 14 and I was good to go.

Since it was nice out yesterday, I finally installed my Willie G brake pedal and shifter peg. I also put on my wife's three-position adjustable Passenger Footpegs. Updated the boom navigation with the 2025 maps and POI locations. Thought about washing it, Nah!

I traded my 2022 Black Tri-Glide. For a 2023 Grey Haze/Silver Fortune Tri-Glide. Half the miles that were on my 2022. The guy who traded it in on a new 2025 Tri-Glide removed all the goodies from it: Rinehart slip-ons, Stage 1 Screamin Eagle Filter. However, he did leave the Pro Street Tuner. Front Chrome forks. I put on Nostalgia floorboards, shifter pedals, and brake pedal. And a few other goodies. Rinehart slip-ons.
