A brisket and a pork butt in the smoker for a family get together this evening.

Here is a pic of the brisket. Didn't get pic of the pulled pork... barely got that pic. Family really dug in and ate it up! Good times!

Boneless Leg of Lamb, first time trying it, came out really good.

Getting lots of a herbal rub on it

Took about 2 hours to get to rare at a temp of 225

My Mother would make a Beef Braciole with a hard boiled egg Italian spices parmesan cheese and coved in tomato sauce .....Its been 40+ years since I've had it..(Crying)..

Started the smoker at 0300 with 28lbs. of brisket for a church picnic this evening.
