Depends on how much money your willing to spend on the 98" Otherwise the comparison between the 2 is like Grapefruit to Oranges

I don't know about a 98, but I went from a 96 to a 103 stage 4 on a Heritage, big difference and fun. Lots of money.

Either engine least upgrade to Stage 1 or better, for any real power from stock.
