7 amp fuse location for battery tender

I have a 2013 tri-glide. The battery tender will not charge. solid yellow light comes indicating ac voltage is present but no battery connection. I checked fuses per dealer advice and all fuses look good. called dealer back and they said there is also a 7 amp fuse located under the seat. Cant find any youtube videos or info telling me where this fuse is. Can anyone tell me where this fuse is or have any other suggestions on what problem might be? Do battery tenders go bad? looks like a pretty simple device, can't imagine it would fail.

Like anything else it can go bad....?..I dropped one on the floor of my garage only a few feet and it was toast..Can you follow the tenders wires to the battery it might have an in line fuse ....

Here is a battery tender 2 ring cable with fuse holder. The fuse is 7,5 amp

dike the fuse holder off and re locate it near the plug in. soder it. then its easy to check
