Pity those folks who’ve been waiting on on their new CVO Streetglide because dealer cannot deliver until recall performed. Kits to begin shipping in late February. My oh my. Mother Harley strikes again.

You would think HD would or should have seen this problem before releasing the CVO, now you can still buy one but will have to wait until at least February to take delivery, what a damn shame

Maybe Harley is going to take up on Joan Claybrook's seat belts for motorcycles recommendations ........

Ballast and a strap? The ballast would be a weight and the strap to hold it in place, it sounds like something added to the suspension.

Actually it has been used before and it was first used on the GL1100 on the front suspension. Part#41 to 44 in the diagram.
