Check out the International RV Park in Daytona, I believe Ohio Eddie is there now.

Thanks Walt. International RV Park is where this snowbird finally landed. This place is very biker friendly, unlike a couple of others in town. Anxiously, waiting the get together going.

This RV park actually has a ride on their calendar every Tuesday morning.

Can anyone join the Tuesday ride, or is it strictly for the park residents? Just in case someone from TT Land would like to join the ride?

dsifford, how is the RV park working out? Did you get a chance to take pictures? How are the group rides the Park has organized? I bet you are getting to know the area.

Rosy, The International RV Park is working out great. Wonderful bunch of folks. We do have people that come over from other parks to join the ride. I am currently out of Florida, but will be back after New Years. If you want to join the ride send me an email and let me know. I am having issues with pictures or I would upload a site pict. Looking forward to meting.

Thanks for the update. Glad to hear he is doing well. We just miss him on this site for updates on what some of the plans are for the Snowbird Gathering.

Every day will include eating somewhere !!! Rides will be set on Sunday, arrival day, as we will have a better outlook on the weather.

Right now we are looking at a day ride to St Augustine like we did last year and hoping for better weather so we can stay a couple of hours longer, another day will be to the Sugarmill Restaurant in De Leon Springs St Park for pancake breakfast (again back by request) and then a loop north and east to stop at Destination Daytona before going back to Ormond Beach thru the Tomaka Park area, the last day ride would probably south to a Manatee viewing area just north of Kennedy Space Center and another loop back up to the east and north and back Ormond Beach. ALL RIDES are open to discussion !!

I remember going there in 1969 and watching the show. At that time it was an OMG what a show! It was almost like watching Esther Williams do a movie!
Has it changed in all these years?
I Also remember the glass bottom boats and the huge fish swimming on the bottom!
Ah, the good old days! LOL

I will be leaving the Hernando / Ocala area Sunday morning 2/1/2015 for Omand Beach and the Snowbird Rally for anyone wanting to ride over together.the Cracker Barrell at FL 200 & I75 S for breakfast would work for me about 9 oclock.
