Ok my 1st time taking a longer ride on a 14 Tri Glide. My question is.... Do they all shake a little at take off ? It must have been over a doz times the front end would shake a bit when i took off from a stop light ? Is that NORMAL ? Rick:(

My 11 does that, The front lifts a little and gets light, After a while you won't even notice it.. I forgot about it 'Till you just mentioned it..

Yes they most do. It has to do with the amount of rake in the tripe trees. No serious issue as long as it stays in the low speed area. It can do it speeding up or/and slowing down. Just make sure you always keep at least one hand on the bars and you will never have an issue.

IMHO, should not shake/wobble! Trikes without a rake are likely to display this low speed wobble. Those w/raked frames(HD Tri-Glides) and those w/added rake kits(most others), especially those w/tappered bearings should NOT display this wobble.
Experiencing shake/wobble with crossing an uneven surface, such as a railroad crossing is another story!
My Wing/Hannigan has never had it, nor has other trikes and HD/trikes I have tested!
Don't the Tri-Glides have a steering stabilizer??????
Just to be safe, I'd ask for a steering head bearing torque check after making sure the bearings are properly seated!

I've put about 11,000 miles on my trike and have never noticed anything like that.

:Agree: In the 22,000 miles I had my 2010 Triglide it never did that, it would only shake the bars going over RR tracks and bumps at slow speed. My dads 09 with almost 50,000 miles on it doesn't do it, my 2012 Hannigan wing doesn't do it, heck my Wing doesn't even shake the bars going over RR tracks or bumps at slow speed.

Have 9,000 miles on ours and never felt that condition unless like other posts going over bumps, frost heaves, RR tracks that kind of stuff.

I recently purchased a used 2014 Tri Glide , 3700 miles on it, found it on craigslist , flew down to Florida and looked at it , test drove it for 20 miles or so , I didn't wanna get off ,no bobbles , no shaking etc with a solid axle ,I also have a 2007 ultra classic with a Hannagan kit installed that has an Independent rear suspension. Both rides are awesome , cant wait to get back to Florida for the winter to drive it .:pepper::pepper::GL1800::GL1800::GL1800:
