2012 Honda Gold Wing.

Japanese motorcycle manufacturer Honda announced today the launch of the new generation 2012 Gold Wing, one of its most popular touring models, scheduled to go on sale in the US in May 2011. The company has also revealed that the European version of the GL1800 Gold Wing will go on sale in time for the 2012 season. Highlights of the new model include a host of electronic features, such as an updated and innovative GPS navigation system that comes with user-friendly programmability, which is accessible online, for sharing favorite ride routes with other riders. The Gold Wing now also incorporates a built-in MP3/iPod interface for a new SRS CS Auto technology surround-sound system that creates a premium listening experience.

I like some changes (nav, SRC audio), but not enough to consider an upgrade. IMO, Pearl white looks the best, due to solid color look. Any other two tone combination reminds me of a Victory, which I don't like and those rear lights are a mismatch.:Wrong: They decided to remain with 1832 cc engine and what about the transmission? Why not 6 speed yet? :Wrong: again.

Time will tell it all with a huge increase in price, and ugly cosmetic upgrades ( sort of )
