2012 Big Blue & Black

Does anyone know where to get the valve stem extenders, for the air shocks, that bob is talking about? Thanks

PM sent. The thread is over on the HD Forum in the Triglide section.

I am wondering about the heat that comes off of big blue, can anyone advise?
Thanks
Paul

Welcome to the forum. For a first post, you may want to introduce yourself and tell us a little about you. Then take a look at some of the threads in the Harley Trike discussion forum. There are numerous discussions about heat. Good luck

The post from the TheBobs references the baffle and deflectors you can purchase from //tglidestuff.com . I had the good fortune of acquiring the baffle only to cut the air flow over the tank on my 2010 hd trike. This baffle works superbly well . I would highhy recommend it and it is something you can put on in a couple minutes and is easy to remove in hot weather if you are so inclined. I wish I would of had this in the beginning of my trike acquisition. I am smiling even more now.

Just got back from a trip to and from the dealer. This time I did the trip with Dennis' baffle and deflector combo. Difference was night and day! I'll be getting my oil temperature gauge pretty soon and will continue to compare oil temps while at speed. When I was testing this baffle on the '10 red TG, I didn't see any rise in oil temps.

Congrats on the new TG, she is a beauty. I also have a clarks custom windshield on my 2011 TG. It's the 12"wide half moon light tint. Great people to deal with and a quality product for the price.

Had nearly the same buying experience as you did. Had a Road Glide Ultra and took it in for service and the dealer gave the wife and I a Black Triglide as a demo. Next day we rode the Road Glide to the dealers and outside in the parking lot was a Ember Red/Merlot that had just come off the truck with all the plastic on it. Walked in to the sales manager and said, "That is our trike sitting outside." We made the trade and now it is being accessorised. Enjoy your journey on Big Blue. Mike

Since my original post, I've put nearly 12,000 miles on big blue. I have not a single regret for falling prey to the dealer's front door tactic! Congrats on the Ember Red. It's gorgeous in the sun too!

Love our Big Blue and Black.

Congrats on Big Blue! Make sure if you ride in a group to tell anyone following you on a sunny day to wear dark sunglasses:D The blue flake on these trikes is amazing. Unbelievable how many shades it can show.

When my wife and I went through the H-D Museum last month the last bike you saw before exiting was a new Tri Glide in the Blue color scheme....
