2011 Stallion?

I have been interested in buying a 2011 Stallion but have been unable to find out anything about them other than the price.

Dealers are taking orders but have none in stock or any demo units available to my knowledge.

Are there any differences between a 2010 model and a 2011 model? The TMBS website is outdated and not very informative. If there are no differences between the model years they could have started producing 2011model at the end of the 2010 production run.

Has anyone seen a 2011 Stallion "in the flesh" or has anyone taken delivery of a 2011 model?

With the Ford Ranger going out of production in 2011 the source for the running gear hypothetically disappears. Anybody heard anything on this?

In short "whatzup" with the 2011 stallion?

A bright note: Ford is supposed to come out with a new small pickup mid- 2011. (might be the F100). The base engine will be 1.6 litre turbocharged unit producing 175 hp. That would be a great powertain setup for the Stallion.

Although they use a ranger engine, it is the version used for many types of power equipment. This engine is here to stay regardless of the future of the Ranger. It is tried and true, and I don't think TBMS will be changing it anytime soon. Besides, you do not want an engine that is in it's first year of production.:Trike1:
