2002 Goldwing with Motor Trike

I am having trouble with my trunk latch. When I close the trunk it locks & must use remote to open, key will not unlock it. The bottom trunk want un lock except with the emergency pull cord. Can anybody lead me in the direction to repair the latch.

Jeez, JUST the Post I've been looking for, for Hours Now. (Hadn't thought about using the Search Feature...... DUH!!!!) and it's the Same issue a Buddy of mine is having with his 2006 G/W Trike. We Took the Body off to have Painted, re-assembled everything, and now the Only issue we have is, EXACTLY as You Posted.......... Darn man.
