I am looking for a drive shaft for my GL1500A with Motor Trike conversion. One end has splines and the other one has a keyway and set screw depression in it Anyone know where I might pick up a replacement? Mine has been stripped out.

Have you tried Motor Trike? It might be expensive but should fit. Unless they don't have them anymore

Hello & welcome to Trike Talk.
The kits for the older GL1500s were solid axle and you would have either the Classic II or Coupe and they fit 1988 -2000 GL1500s. Never hurts to contact the company and ask, as they may have an updated drive shaft that will fit.

Motor trike has a new, redesigned driveshaft with front and rear u-joints that can be greased. A big improvement. I just asked them about it. The shaft is green. You have to order it through a MT dealer, something like $350.Motor Trike Gen III driveshaft (1) (Large).jpgMotor Trike Gen III driveshaft (2) (Large).jpgMotor Trike Gen III driveshaft (3) (Large).jpg
