Sounds like this broad has a real history of using violence to get back at folks. Glad to see a court get serious about this. When I had a 16 year old pull out in front of me years ago and I totaled my new Wing as I flew over her hood, the judge fined her $25.00. When I asked why that was all she got, the judge said " that's why we call them accidents".

Then, to add insult to injury, their insurance company wanted to "straighten for frame" on my Wing and repair it.

Idiots.
