I was mocking up my passing lights today and had a question. There is very little clearance under the headlight bucket. To get in the headlight I would have to take the passing light bracket off. Also with the windshield it has to be on the outside, is that ok? I’m still deciding to powder coat the bracket or not.

Just from what I see in the pictures it should not be an issue as long as everything is tight.
When you tighten the halo ring on the headlight yo might want it a little bit off center so its easier to get to without the cross bar being in the way.

I thought of that but there is no way to rotate it.
