First, Merry Christmas, all! Next, can anyone tell me what is involved in converting a swing axle to an IRS trike, 1600 DP engine. Is this possible?
I have a swing trans and chassis and want to convert it to a later style IRS- I'm working on one (IRS) for a partner and I like the way it feels more solid. My trike has a tendency to grind a bit if I don't ease off the clutch real real slowly, on his it grabs solidly, no grind in the same...- mberring1

Auto launching trike; 009 distributor question
That makes sense to me. It just bums me out because I bought that Pertronix electronic pickup module (specifically for the 009) only a week ago, and now I'm looking at needing another, on top of a vacuum advance distributor. My luck, lol. Thank you for the info- mberring1

Thank you, man. I was starting to go nuts wondering why my trike seemed to want to launch just after shifting, every gear, lol. Thus far, Ive been leery of even trying fourth gear out. I think you just nailed my problem, I'll check it out in the AM- mberring1
