Air shocks on a 2008 Honda GW Adventure Motor trike kit

This is the switch/control unit that was replaced. When replaced everything continued working (or intermittently working) as it did prior to the replacement. So that at least eliminated the possibility of the switch itself being bad. The replacement was easily done, everything was plug and play.

pressure switch in air ride needs replaced, where get?

I ordered mine (entire unit is how MotorTrike sold it) from MotorTrike direct. 1. My voltage meter was not filling in all of the LCD sections when I first start the bike but it would give a full reading after a few minutes. 2. The air pressure switch would only activate the air pump after...

    Gravel roads

We don't often do unpaved roads but slower and noticably more caution gets our GL1800 Motortrike thru. Our biggest concern is ground clearance, because there isn't much underneath it. EDITED: Also the three wheel track of a trike frequently means the front wheel is traveling the center build...

    Avon AV91 Trike tire

I have an Avon Cobra Chrome AV91 "Trike" tire mounted on my GL1800 Motortrike. I get comments that it looks like it is wearing. It has looked that way from brand new. The tread pattern on that tire is rather flat in the center with no center groove. The side grooves do not provide much info...

    Wheel cribs

How do you get the trike wheels up on them? They do not look like you can just drive up onto them.

    Suspension question

My cousin just bought her first trike yesterday. It is a 2006 GL1800 Navi with a 2014 CSC conversion. It was purchased from an auto dealer not from the previous owner. I hope I can clearly explain the question. On the left fairing there is a panel with the headlight adjustment and some other...

    Motor Trike Wheels

I have a 2013 Motor Trike Razor conversion on my 2008 GL1800. I want to replace the wheels with Motegi units. I have made several attempts to get the wheel size specifics from Motor Trike but they have not responded. I know that the current wheels are 17 inch, 9.5 inches wide, bolt pattern is 5...

    Brand curious

Just curious: There are forum sections for Roadsmith, Champion, Lehman and DFT trikes. Why just those brands?

Brake pads & wheel alignment query

I have a 2008 GL1800 with a 2013 Motor Trike Razor conversion. My local MT conversion dealer is in Knoxville, TN. Earlier this year I took the trike up to have several things done prior to the start of a new "riding season". One of the items I wanted checked and if needed installed was new brake...

Removing rear wheels on Motor Trike Razor for tire replacement

Removing rear wheels on Motor Trike Razor for tire replacement Specifically what are the steps to removing the rear wheels. My Venture trike (Hannigan) had a center hub cap that was removed in addition to the usual wheel bolts. Does the Motor Trike Razor center cap/hub cap get removed also? I...

    Trike rear tire pressure

I'm guessing most of you already know this, I've just re-learned the hard way. On a ride yesterday we noticed my tires were bald or near bald. A friend on the ride said the wear pattern indicated over inflation. I have been using 36PSI on my GL1800 Motor Trike. I phoned Motor Trike and was...

    Hello From Kentucky

Welcome from east Tennessee. A lot of us went from two to three wheels because of physical reasons. I had no real physical reason myself but did mange to let my Venture tip over a couple of times. I really liked the look of trikes and so Hannah and I made the decision to have it "Hanniganed"...
