What did you do to Your HONDA GOLDWING TRIKE today?

One of the things that helped me decide on the Soundstream V2 was the fact that you could add the rear view camera. At 76 I can't turn far enough around to be sure I'm not gonna hit something. Camera was suppose to be here yesterday. I was gonna put it in today. That count?
LOL

I put one in my pickup truck a few years ago but have been procrastinating on the trike. I agree with you that it is great to have a "witness", physical proof.

I am very tempted as the price is decent and I see a $30 off coupon for it now. However Prime Days July 8-11 will be here in just a couple days so I think waiting might not be a bad idea.

Wasn’t happy the way the Honda parking brake was holding so I just installed the bullet brake. No worries now. Didn’t want to take a chance on getting off the trike and then watching it Roll across a parking lot. Lol.

The factory Honda DCT parking brake will hold if it is properly setup and adjusted by the installing CSC dealer, but its not uncommon to have to readjust the brake due to the owner forgetting to release the parking brake and driving it until the pads are worn and the brake disc is blued. Seen it multiple times.

Yep, I’ve heard about driving with the parking brake on, and it will clearly wear down the pads. I have never driven with the parking brake on. This is the third time that the parking brake is starting to fail. When CSC adjusted it last year it was holding steady at three clicks. Now I’ve gotta pull it all the way up to at least The maximum of six clicks. And is barely holding. I’ve also heard that the cable will stretch, causing the same issue. I’m not gonna keep driving 100 miles to CSC for an adjustment because my Honda dealership can’t do it. When I took the bike to CSC to have it converted, Will showed me where the parking brake was not working at all and did I know it. I did not because I never used it. I think without a doubt this is a manufacturing defect by Honda. Therefore, bullet break is a whole lot cheaper, more convenient, and a much better parking brake system. Just my opinion, I could be wrong… - Dennis Miller.
