2015 Tri Glide 3/4 inch different side to side measurement

Since I purchased my Tri Glide new in 2015 it always seemed to sit uneven side to side. Never could see why the foot pegs looked uneven even though they measured the same height from the floor. Checked on different garage floors to make sure the floors were poured level. Looking at the front of the bike you can see it is not sitting level. All tire and shock pressures are where they should be.

Never thought much about it until 2 years ago when I would be riding and would have to pull off the road. Seemed like I was going to fall off or the bike was going to tip over even though I was riding a trike. I contributed the feeling of off balance to my hearing loss on left side was the cause. I talked to my Dr. about it and started taking anxiety meds for the panic attacks I would start having while riding once in a while. Still could not see why the bike set like it did. Did not know if it was just the body not sitting on the frame correctly or something is wrong with the frame

You can see the bike sitting uneven from the front or back.

The only mod I installed were rear lift brackets and they are a direct bolt on to replace the factory ones.

Anyone have suggestions on where to start looking. How would I know what to look for on the frame or body for the cause or could it be just an illusion?

No pics at this time to post.

My 17 was off about a 1/2 inch, many have complained about this. Try measuring from the floor to the top of the rear wheel opening and see if there is a difference. Then measure to the top of the rear boards in the down position, then the front boards. remove the seat and place a level across the frame rails and check for level. Make sure both rear tires are at the same air pressure. If the frame is level, then my guess would be the body mounts.

If your dealer says that they are all higher on the right side, he’s probably correct. Their reasoning seems to be if they are all assembled that way it has to be right. I have learned to just live with it, for now. If I ever need to remove the body, I will find a way to correct it. I am pretty sure the issue is where the rear and intermediate frames connect. I don’t know if those 8 holes are elongated for adjustment or not. That is where I would start out rather than shimming the body, although that may work fine.

I concur. Mine has been higher on the right side since day one by approximately half an inch. I have done everything but space the body up to try and correct it to no avail. I live with it and it doesn't bother me.

Just a thought.... is it just US models that are higher on the right because of road camber? Are European models higher on the left? Probably not but HMM?

Maybe, but would there be any advantage in that? I’m on divided highways most every ride and I don’t notice any difference in handling or control whether I’m in the fast or slow lane.
