'99 Lehman Renegade Trike Marker Lights

noticed several marker lights on my '99 Ultra with Lehman Kit, taking apart they are all rusty and badly corroded. So time to tear out and replace. I've looked thru many sights and on Amazon with no luck. Anyone know whose these are? I find no brand or numbers on them. Thanks guys!

it has LED's but the sockets are rotten they crumble to dust when touched
