Any way to identify this kit?

Apologies for what might be dumb questions, but new to the trike stuff, so trying to learn. I would like to identify this trike kit. I do not see any labels etc, but does not appear to be home made. I am trying to find a solution to the rough ride. Appreciate any and all advice.

I don't think this is your guy but he may have some ideas. https://www.bictrikes.com/ Do you think its sprung to stiff or soft.There are several spring capacities of those torsion axles available. I remember one diy had a way to mod them to weaken the spring.
