Parking Brake Pad

Hey!

I need a new pad for my parking brake - can anyone tell me what Harley pad will actually fit on the parking brake?

I can't seem to find any info on the Harley website and a Google search isn't doing me much good either.

I'm thinking maybe the small brake lever pad will work but I'm not sure.

If anyone has a part number (on info) that'd be great!

It would be of help if you stated the year of your Trike… Harley has use different petals over the years….

Another option when looking for parts:

Pick up the telephone and call the dealer parts dept...

Not everything must be done on the internet.

If you want something fancy, the small Willie G Skull brake pedal pad will fit, although the skull will be upside down ,it still looks good.

You're right BUT closest dealer is 80 miles away.

Called them asked for Parts Dept.

On hold for 20 minutes.

Hung up, called back, got Parts Person put me on hold again.

Finally came back and said Harley doesn't make a brake pedal pad.

Told him they have to - they make the Tri-Glide.

He said to try an aftermarket dealer.

Great help huh.

That's why I asked - Dealer was of absolutely NO help.

With a bit of ingenuity you can make (almost) any foot brake pad work. Here's what I did.



The bolt tacked in keeps the pad from twisting.
