I'm with you on this. Being in the greater Houston area all my life I've been through quite a few of these hurricanes over the years and they are no fun at all. My earliest memory is of going through Hurricane Carla back in 1961. That was in terms of dollar damage one of Americas most costliest storms ever in time era or inflation adjusted dollars in comparison. Our home was spared with only losing the roof off of our home and detached garage and felled trees far and wide.

We're keeping a close eye on it, right now looks like it will be just offshore of us.

Track has moved just a little more west, good for us in the Tampa area.
