I just had my 1000 mi service done a short time ago.I checked the tire pressures and found the dealer had increased the front and rear pressures to 42 & 32 respectively. The manual says 36f & 26r.s anyone running theirs with higher pressure and if so why.

I run my front 36# and rears 26# like the manual calls for.

Did you ride it home and check them or did you wait till they were cold. I thought the dealer did the same on my bike once and then realized I needed to wait till morning to check them and then all was good.

Actually it was about a week or so later that i checked them.It had been sitting for a few days(thanks to the lousy weather around here) so they were cold. When i bought the trike the pressures were right on so i know someone there knows what they are suppose to be.
