Probably has been covered before - But, if I swap out the exhaust pipe - and remove the Cat. will my computer self adjust ?

Not enough IMO

Plus are you taking out the O2 sensors?

If you are the ECM cannot read the correct levels with out a tuner that has more variables than the HD tune JMO

Thomas I did something like this on my 2014 back in 2014, When I purchased my new trike the dealer installed & did the basic down load of the race tuner. All I had done was cvo mufflers with 2" fulsack baffles. No air cleaner change. At aprox. 1000 miles I pulled off my catted header & installed a stock header with the cat removed. I never noticed any changes. After some riding, less then 500 miles I hooked the tuner back up & did some smart tunes. It changed a couple cells but nothing that I could notice. I was told then by a couple different dealers that it probably would of self adjusted over time. I don't know if that's true or not. But I do know I couldn't tell a difference with the cat in, or out as far as the engine performance went. Just slightly in sound.
