The wife and I FINALLY purchased another trike

A 1997 Valkyrie with a motor trike conversion

I fell victim to blackmail

She said I couldn't go to Sturgis again til we got another trike

After 30 years of marriage, apparently I still need SUPERVISED

Welcome back ........... Glad to hear you're back on three wheels. Just wondering, was there a reason you chose to go metric vs a used factory built trike such as a Harley ?

At the moment, it was cost that decided it.

I'm down to less than 18 months give or take, and I'm taking my state retirement.

Unfortunately due to the need for insurance, I am still gonna have to work for another 10 years.

I was looking for another vw trike to tide us over til after that, and this came up locally.

Long term, I am looking at either a boom or rewaco trike. But there is not a lot of information

that I can find on the internet.

The other option down the road, is to buy a slightly older low mileage HD and put a Frankenstein axle on it.

What I would like is more of a chopper look. Long raked front and low to the ground.

Not the wifes cup of tea, but it appeals to me.....

who know, we will see in a bit.
