Harley's vibrate RIGHT?

These are brass high nuts, U can get them for about a buck or so a piece

They act like a heat sink, and also cover ALL the threads so taking off your exhaust is easier, and less chance of wrecking the threads or breaking an exhaust stud= BAD JU UJ

Torque the new nuts 10-12 ftlbs, recheck @ each oil change. The buggers do @ times loosen up a bit
 
I stoped using Anti-Seize after i ruined a set of Aluminum rims on my Pick-up... I put some on the studs, Something about causing a reaction between dissimilar metals...

Maybe they make more than one formula for different applications... :Shrug:
 
I ordered some anti-seize over the phone from Amazon....hung up the phone and had that crap on my ear.

Going to check on these nuts....sounds interesting.

When they say Amazon delivers fast...They aren't just Whistling Dixie.....:laugh:

Indeed, Antisieze does react with certain metals
