Im Afraid thats the way its gonna be.... Its just to expensive to do things right...

Most people book flights/rooms by price....:Shrug:...Not by service...

I guess that a guaranteed reservation is in words only nowadays.

Hard to believe that the airlines and others can get away with deliberately overbooking and expect people that thought they had a reserved seat, paid for in advance, to lay down and give up their paid seat. :a078:

Doctors and Dentists , Over book all the time....Other wise when someone cancels the'll sit around for an hour twitting their thumbs for an hour hopping the next patient doesn't also cancel..

It's horrible how they treat us I have a doc that is always two hours behind I try to his first patient and get out early and I not wait so long.

I left my last doctor, who I had seen for 25 years, because of that kind of nonsense. My new doctor sees me within 5 minutes of my appointment time and, best of all, she has small hands! :laugh:
