I don't think it would be legal then even. Isn't the thumb and first finger both sticking out straight illegal? At least in schools.:Shrug: So how would a water gun with a red tip magically become legal?

In the 20 years that I had to be there I saw it go from open carry was fine to any gun was scary and should confiscated. Those people are not too bright. They even voted for moonbeam again. I got another name for them and it is far from bright.
