Fender Bras

I just got my Gold Wing Motor Trike just over a week ago. I ordered the fender bras but asked that they not be installed as I wanted to find a good alternative and something more permanent.

Has anyone applied Linex or Rhino Liner to their fenders? If so are there any pictures and downsides to doing this?

Thanks for your input.

It's to bad SeeThroughBraz doesn't make anything for Goldwings? But have contacted them to see if they might have something in the works. Clear protection is the best as far as I'm concerned.

I have just put seethroughbraz on my Harley Trike. If they do decide to offer one for Hondas I will say they are great company to deal with and have always been responsive to any of my questions and are conducting business with the customer in mind.

Well I don't know about this ..... seeing as how I have SeeThruBraz installed on my Goldwing trike. I simply took the time to call them and Al and his staff were VERY accommodating and I love their products. Yes, I do have the standard fender Bras on my CSC trike but only AFTER I installed the clear ones first. I have NO regrets. Bottom line, give them a call, they are GOOD people and will work with you (or at least they did with me).

I'm just going by their web page. Seems to be just Harleys. That's why I suggested to contact them. I've been working with Al myself so I know he can do more than what is on the site.

Being as you are in NH, why not ask MacMulkin Chevrolet who they refer their Corvette clients to up there. Quite a few of the window tint shops have the ability to custom cut and apply clear paint protection.

One more thumbs up for See Thru Bras and their customer service. Their product is easy to install and should the need ever arise I'll buy from them again.

Thanks for your inputs. I appreciate it. I sent Seethroughbras an email through their website.and had no response. Based on your input I will call them to inquire.

This isn't as "permanent" as LineX or Rhino liner ..... as you can remove it if desired, redo it, etc. It is tough and likely to survive any impact that doesn't totally remove the fender from the trike.

Last Friday I had XPEL applied to my entire fenders and on a couple of places on the aqua shields. I am very happy with it. It is invisible and is self healing. Now my wife can use the fenders to place her pocketbook, phone, etc without me getting heartburn! In the future I may have more covered.

The company is Cover up Solutions (Joe) 1 Ellsmere Ave Salem, NH. Phone 603-235-9319.
