Stilll there - but the Bra's are way more easy to clean. And they improve the look.

I agree Thomas. On your MotorTrike (and my previous '06 Adventure) the bras really did serve two functions. One thing for you to remember is to occasionally pull the bras and clean behind them. Especially after a particularly buggy ride. Don't know how they manage to get behind that bra going down the road but they do. You will be amazed at the mess back there. Also remove and dry the backing if the get really wet. I always had wash my bikes so that was not an issue but the do get rained on occasionally.

Enjoy the new look. Sure sets off the Yellow color. :xszpv: :xszpv:

The Baker Trike Wings help reduce the bug population on rear fenders. Also, keep well waxed and bugs will come off pretty easy. I through a wet towel on my fenders for about five minutes and bugs come off easily.

This works well. I wax forward facing surfaces about three times as often as horizontal or rear facing surfaces. Trike wings help a lot. But you have to clean the bugs off them too. Now, I've got to go put my bras back on.

I have the large Trike leg wings on my trike. Very few bugs or stone chips on my rear fenders.
I heard that dirt, etc, can get behind those fender bras and scratch the fenders. Anybody every had that problem?

I would never use them. I had a bra on the front of a Honda Civic that I owned for one winter and damn near ruined the hood. Took it off and threw it away.

Ok here's were it goes the other way................

I had a bra on the front fairing on my 2003 Goldwing from new for 12 years without any trouble except
a small collection of died bugs when I took it off in the fall to clean it.

I to heard were they can do damage when used on cages but maybe because of higher speeds or
how they attached........:Shrug:

I had nearly 45,000 miles on my '06 MotorTrike Adventure when I sold it a couple months ago. Every one of those miles was with the MT bras installed. I took them off to clean and wax before selling and the paint looked as good if not better then the rest of the finder. I believe due diligence when it came to cleaning and waxing was the key to their condition.

If my new Roadsmith fender design lended itself to nice bra design I would have them on it right now. It doesn't so my '15 will go braless!! :xszpv: :xszpv:

Hydrogen Peroxide is great for removing dead bugs from fenders and shields.

Spray at it on, let it fizz, & wipe away.
