Some of you guys have been asking about wind deflection lately, and how to control the air coming over the top of the fuel tank. Dennis from TGlide Stuff used to manf and sell these until he turned this part over to someone else. A lot of us got these from Dennis when he sold them, and they work great. If you install the fork deflectors AND the baffle, they direct more air onto the motor instead of in your face. I have nothing to do with them, but here is their website in case anyone is interested. I have had bugs flying around between my face and the windshield when doing 75 mph hour because of zero air coming over the tank. They do work very well. This is not intended to be an advertisement... Just information!!! Zook..! please take this down if it should not be here.

Fork deflectors work for all bikes. I have DIY's make of alm and Plexi. Cost about $48.00

On my 1990 Harley FLHS, the predecessor to the Road King, I put on the fork deflectors for the winter months. I use them in conjunction with a set of soft lowers on the engine guards to control the air during cold weather riding. They do a good job, and I hate them. If I had a batwing or fixed fairing they would blend in, but with the minimalist look of the front end with just the windshield hey really stick out, especially if I remove the "elephant ears". I take them off in the spring.
HD used to have a fork baffle standard attached to the back of the triple tree. It was sort of a half of an upside down bowl the really does cut down on the breeze coming up at you between the forks and the tank. It also directs more air toward the engine to help with cooling.

ThumbUp The baffle does a great job at killing off air coming up between the tank and fairing. I ran one on the 2010 Triglide I had, and my dad has one on his 09. The fork deflectors are just icing on the cake.

Up to the antique 2013's, there are already factory threaded bolt holes to bolt the baffle on, which takes about 3 minutes. I dunno if those factory threads are on the 14's & 15's. The antique's, up to the 13's could not use the fork deflectors made by HD for 2 wheeled bikes, because the rake would let the deflectors hit the lowers when you turned. Dennis designed the deflectors to specially fit the TG to keep that from happening. I do not know if that has changed on the new TG's. ? Maybe one of you guys with a new and improved model could look under there and see. ;)

I talked to the vendor and he does have air/wind baffles for the 14/15 Tri Glides. He says that due to the brake line configuration it is sometimes necessary to shim with washers for the proper fit.
