OK, finally quit raining here and warmed up a bit so today got the wife on the Freewheeler for a ride to lunch. She likes it! She even thinks now that she is up for a few weekend trips. This may work out after all.

So my comments are after finally riding 2 up: the trike is plenty comfortable enough for 2 up touring (we had a GL-1800 / Motortrike previously). Trike has plenty of power in stock form for 2 up riding but I may go with upgrade exhaust and tuner, etc. later just for fun. So far mileage seems to hang around 33 - 34 mpg but only have 600 miles so I expect that to improve a little bit with miles. Bottom line, after many thousands of miles on a variety of bikes I can say I think this was a good choice at this stage of my life.

Well, I broke my right foot a few years back and dancing is out now, but I can say I am VERY happy with my FLRT!

I can't really afford another one right now.....but who knows where or what the future holds.......

My only complaint is there seems to be a very slow trickle of accessory support for the Freewheeler.... and that may just be me.....
