Grinnall 1150R Parts Identification

Does anyone have a listing of part numbers used or cross references to original manufacturers parts used by Grinnall for their BMW 1150R Conversion?(2005 Model)
In particular I need to identify the control arm/adjustment arm tie rod ends. I have been told they are a Ford Part .Unfortunately despite numerous emails to Grinnall in the UK no information or even a response has been provided.
Any information would be much appreciated.

I am unable to help with the parts, but my 1200c was recalled by Grinnall due to a suspension problem, had to wait months to get it back, despite many phone calls(just went to answer machine) and e/ mails, I ordered a top box but still waiting for that despite Mark saying he would put it on a carrier weeks ago! Arrrgh, you are not alone.
