85 GL1200 Asp/with a First Version of Lehman Trike. this bike was triked in 1988 by John Lehman in Westlock. I have all the documentation from day one till 2010 when it was sold to guy I bought it from yesterday.he took it on trade on a business he had for sale. and only used this few hundred kms,he didnt like the way it rode. very rough! it has 92,000 kms on it. the suspension bars are half way up the scale and rear tires have 30 lbs will have to experiment with these to get the ride smoother. I have made 2 trikes from scratch in last 20 yrs. a CX 500 and a GL 1100. then bought a smashed 05 1800 wth a CSC kit. that I couldnt afford to finish. bought a 98 SE in 2011 and have been dropping it every ride. ( Bad Hip ) then this past winter had a fire in garage that destroyed my 98 SE,with no insurance either!
I dont care for the ride of this old Trike. but will work on that..till can afford a newer 1500 or 1800 Lehman..heres a pic of my new ride with me on it parking it in my garage today. just minutes before it snowed. the 36 mile ride to here was ok. little rough thats all.
