TriGlide Fender Bras

I actually bought the Harley bra, installed as directed, and cut off the plastic clips from the bottom. I pull the fabric tight and secure it with a 1/2 inch paper clip. The one with the silver spring clips. I remove the silver piece and it looks like a custom installation. I've had them on for a rear and I've never had a problem...they are the most valuable accessories I have on the trike. I can try to send pictures if you like.

O-M-G secured with a paper clip? You have got to be kidding me! There is nothing wrong with the clips that come with the fender bras around the front fender. :xzqxz:

Fender bra? no way no how. I'm not spending $32k for a bike and then hide it. I have the 3M clear film on mine now and will definately look into the new 3M spray on protectant.
I've seen too many results from bras on cars - especially Vettes. Know why you don't see a lot? Paint damage. Doesn't matter how often you take it off and clean/wax the fender. One guy in my Vette club used one - but not for long.
If they were that great you'ld see them on all cars/bikes. Just my observations.

Sorry, I can't recommend them.

If you don't want to drill holes in your fenders then Harley and Saddlemen make slip on fender bras. If you have the chrome trim pieces on the wheel cutouts you should prob. use the Saddlemen bras as they have covered metal clips that you can form a little.

The 3M stuff is good, expensive but good, I'd have to go with thw spray on stuff.

ALSO...we do have a search feature here on the forum, I know I may have posted in a thread or 2 about this same thing lol.

Yea I put on th 3m clear film too..Can barely see the lines once the film dries..
its a bit harder to install on the fenders because of the radius..but take your time and it all works out..
The only reason I put them on is I got a nice rock ship on my right fender and other chips were starting to pop up..

Thanks All for your suggestions. Decided to go with the Motortrike ones. To "each their own on looks" .....thats why some of us have chrome-some of us don't, some of us keep our bikes clean-some of us don't, some of us ride a lot, some of us don't, etc.etc.etc.

BikerBonz, you have the right attitude. I've said that all along, but some that don't agree with the subject, whether it's a fender bra or oil of fuel or tires, they have to call them names.

Isn't America great? ThumbUp
