Wife and I had a nice 3 day leisurely ride to St. Paul, MN last June to attend our annual PIF gathering. With the Bunkhouse in tow the 06 1800 Champion performed flawlessly. This year with a new set of spark plugs, and a fresh air filter, we will be headed to Canandaigua, NY for our 2008 PIF gathering. We will be taking our passports in case we venture over into Canada. Last time we were in Canada was the year Canada instituted their National Sales Tax.

Sk8ter, glad you guys had such a great ride. Sounds like it would have been fun. I would have liked to have the camping triler like yours, but the boss said no. So we got a toy hauler. Hope you get some more good trips in. Check out some of the Corps of Engineers parks they are really nice.
Have a great week and ride safe.

It is Pass it Forward, group of people on the GWRRA board that take donated money and

What is PIF? Without a T so it's not Trike something, w/o a GW so it's not a GW something;..not a HD something..?

You can visit the following web-site and it will give you an idea of what PIF is all about: Freedom PIF Group

We are a group of riders that raise funds all year long, and we meet at a different location each year. A Host usually steps forward that is from that area and it is up to him or her to choose a recipient to receive those funds in cash. It is our hope that the individual or family that is chosen will "Pay It Forward" when they attain a financial status wherein they are able to do so. The Host will check with the Department of Family and Children Services, Churches, Schools, Veterans Organizations, etc., to determine who is the most needy. It is not limited to Gold Wings, Harley's or any particular bike or trike. Any rider is welcome. It is a great feeling to know that you were able to help someone in need.
