Xfinity series

Should not let the cup guys compete. But it's all about the money.

Cavie is right here. There would not be any telecast or major sponsorship and therefor no money !!! The drivers are the best and teach the others how to drive and be better. If I wanted to build a powerful racing engine, I would want to test it against the best to see just where I was and that I needed improvement.

Nothing like being a Legend in your own mind running around the track with your piers (being the fastest of your fellow losers) !!

Maybe some of those Xfinity drivers don't mind mixing it up with their Cup counterparts.

Between 1982 and 1986, Jack Ingram drove to 30 victories in the Xfinity Series against Cup regulars like Geoff Bodine, Rusty Wallace, Harry Gant and Dale Earnhardt.
He wasn't crying like some of today's Formula 1 wannnabies.

The talent level is higher in cup, but xfinity drivers compete against & sometimes beat the "best" from cup.
They don't need to ban cup drivers that do the "double", as they make competition better by racing the "underclassmen" in xfin.
No regular full season cup driver can accumulate points in xfinity, so I can't see any harm in letting them go for the glory whatever series they're racing in.
