Questions about starting a chapter in your area can be directed to "trikeleader" (Tom Goettl) and Marge. Tom is the overall director of TOI and Marge is coordinating all the record keeping, membership cards, patches, etc. etc., but they are both great contacts for the leadership of TOI.
