I decided to protect the switches with a lite coating of Ma's 'Hard as Nails' finger nail polish cuz every HD I've ever had starts to get that worn look on the switches.

Since I'm pushin 70 and you never can tell what tomorrow might bring, I'm trying to keep the bike as original as possible for my son. Being as tomorrow mornin could be the day the Lord might call me home, I can't expect my son to know what switch is what if I've worn all the lettering off them ahead of his inheriting the one thing he's been lusting for since he was about 15.

So, it's time for another coat of 'nails' as it's wearing thin in some places after 6 years.
