I have been interested in VW trikes for years. I recently bought a used Corsair Trike and can't wait till spring to start riding. It wasn't till after I bought it that I figured out that I didn't know anything at all about Volkswagens. As with just about anything I do, I am not happy till I know everything there is to know. But the problem is I have a hard time understanding what I read. I have found that a picture really is worth a thousand words. The first two things that I was having a hard time understanding was the types of VW’s and the different rear suspensions. Here is a couple of pictures that really helped me understand.
