I can pull driveshaft and run up to speed and I still get viberation

I use centramatic wheel balancers & do not have tire cupping and the first time I drove it after install I was amazed at how smooth the front end is. trips to everywhere 9000 miles and still happy with this system.:pepper:

1st thing i would do is check the mounting bolts on the mirrors. Then my question is what did you do to fix all of your vibration issues in the past. Were you the gentleman having all sorts of vibration issues with your trike?

What kind of tire do you have on your wing? How many miles do you have on that tire? Is the tire starting to cup? Have you checked the pressure in your back tires?

Same guy pulled shaft run up to speed by tach in high gear mirrors tight Mich pilot active tires make no differance
But still viberating

If you pulled the drive shaft / started and ran up to 65mph Tach speed indicated / No tires are in play here as they are not rolling / only engine vibration from the motor / As stated prior check mirror bolts that they are tight and mount is not broken from bike falling over, check motor mounts for excessive vibration, you should be able to use a very long screwdriver placed at different areas on the engine while its running and then held against your ear to hear things in the engine, but this would be hard to find ... if the mirrors are vibrating.... many items between the engine compartment and the faring to vibrate, just start feeling around for loose items in and on the faring.... BUT it has nothing to do with tires with no drive shaft....!!! Good Luck....

I still need more suggestions

Man we are down to grasping at straws now David... :xszpv: :xszpv:

Out of curiosity, do all that run up again and when it's vibrating, barley touch the mirror. See if it stops. If so the mirror may have become loose in the holder. It's been a long time since I've looked at how that all comes together so just maybe things have worn out inside the mirror assembly. Shouldn't take long to find out......:D

Tire problem

My trike had a vibration at the 55 to 65 mph mark on the speedometer. For weeks I'd look at everything I could see and grab anything that might be making a noise etc. One weekend on a chapter ride, I found out what it was. It was a portion of the front tire (tread) had broke loose and came off the tire. Caught me my surprise, guess it is what it is. All thing being equal, just didn't think it would be a tire. Just something to check. Ride safe. Goldwingagain:).

Check the out ward shaft on the engine. My cousin had that problem, the shaft bearing was wore out coming off the engine. When we pulled it the splines on it were messed up.
