Anyone ever put a turbo on a trike? Once its broke in ( FLH XXX ) I am thinking of the Trask Turbo...gotta be able to gitty up and gooooooo!!!! ;)

Yes I have. I had been talking about this with a guy on another forum, so I don't want to repeat myself all over again.

Had you posted this on another forum?

I actually never had one on a trike. It was an Ultra, but the same issues apply. I was either running the pants off of it or had it parked. It had no in-between. The thing would blow every body off the road and I lost riding companions. For some reason, they did not want to replace a rear tire every 2,500 miles like I had to do, or consider 110 as a practical cruising speed. It was hot, noisy and a pain in the butt to keep tuned.
Sort of like a boat...I was thrilled when I got it and equally thrilled when I got rid of it. I would recommend one for want-to-be time travelers, as you can cut your time between gas stops to basically nothing. One reason being the speed in between and the other being the lack of fuel mileage.
