Trailer prewire

My Lehman monarch2 is rewired for trailer, has blown a fuse, I assume, trying to install a four-pin flat plug, and have searched the fuse panel and under the seat to locate a fuse with no avail. Any help out there? Tks

Many times there is a separate fuse that isn't in the fuse box. Take a look at your battery "positive" terminal and see if there is an additional wire attached besides the main positive wire. That additional wire could be the issue and have the blown fuse. They usually will have the fuse close to battery side of wire and just need to pull wire out a bit to access the fuse.

That's about the only suggestion I have it all the rest of the fuses are ok.

One other question, do your regular rear lights work still? You also didn't list what brand bike this conversion is on. I'm assuming it's a GL1800? If your regular rear lights are also out, there is a chance it may just be a coincidence that this occured as you were working on the trailer light harness.
