Tool For Champion Trike Back Tire Removal

What tool is used to access the rear wheel removal nut on a 2010 Champion Trike Kit

FRR, I also have a 2010 Champion and seem to remember getting a plastic tool that looked like an old drum brake adjusting tool. I just looked and couldn't fine it. Looks like a screwdriver would work to pry off the center cap where the arrow shows you to insert it. The small 6 bolt circle is just fake decoration.

This cover has several screws that look like it would take an Allen but there is a high point in each center that won't let the Allen go in the head.

I just tried mine. I used a screw driver to remove the piece with 6 false screws (those are what you are probably trying to remove and just snaps off). There is an arrow showing you where to insert it. That held another piece that after lifting off exposed the lug nuts. If you are still having problems let me know as we both live in The Villages.

This is the same mounting system I have on my 2015 Roadsmith HTS 1800. Pop out the center, remove the filler disc, then remove the actual nuts... :xszpv::xszpv:

Well, actually, I am in Ohio now and my buddy is the one who just bought this Trike. I'll pass this on to him. Thank you much for the information

Those are security allens, need allen wrench with hole in center.

Decorative cover over lugs is held in place with some light spring tension..... careful use of a screw driver or even a butter knife in the notch on the edge indicated by the arrow and the cover simply pops off. IT you have to make much effort you're either not in the right place or you're just not doing it right. LOL:xzqxz:
