I can tell by the lack of activity up here. Sure sucks to be me :gah:

As it happens I was at work the other day (Weds) when I turned to head back into my office and "pop" goes the left knee and down I went. Been to the Doctors office, then on to X-rays, next stop the Bone and Joint Specialist and now just waiting my turn with the MRI machine. No decision yet (waiting for the MRI) but I can tell you from my end I hope the answer comes quick and maybe in a day or two I'll be just fine and ready to ride.

:AGGHH: Wishful thinking on my behalf I'm sure! :Depressed:

Oh well, you guys and gals be sure to enjoy the years riding season for me, OK? Perhaps I'll catch up in a few weeks I hope.

The same thing happened to me about 5 years ago. I was just walking and I heard a loud pop and felt pain. It turned out to be a torn miniscus (cartledge). I needed it operated on. Mine hasn't been the same since, but doesn't keep me from riding, even on 2 wheels.

NOPE, weather here is not for beans!!! I thought about it earlier today but didn't want to do something I'd regret.

I'm real sorry to hear about your knee! Hope you get good news for the doc and are back in the saddle sooner then later.:clapping:

I'm just now starting to mend from total knee replacement surgery. I can ride but it can get pretty painful in a hurry. I'm trying to slowly get more and more miles on so I'll be ready for the ride to Eureka Springs in June. For now it's mostly around town and an occasional ride to lunch somewhere. :xszpv: :xszpv:

Not exactly what I wanted to hear mind you but I guess I'd settle for that if it will get me back in the saddle before long. Wife and I have been planning a trip to Tennessee in early May, looks like that one may be via the family car instead of the trike/trailer.

Saw a guy the other day riding a trike wearing a cast on his right foot with the crutches tied on the back.. Any thing is possible..

Wishing you a speedy recovery and hoping you'll be "back in the saddle" quickly. ThumbUp

Twobye, I've had three of those knee repair surgeries. Last one kept me off the trike for two weeks. Fixed it on a Tuesday, back to work the following Monday. Finally got it to swing over the saddle the next week.
Hope you mend quickly, I know it sucks when your wheels don't work.

WOW! All I can say is what a brave soul. Wonder how he 'felt' the brakes? Bless his little pea picking heart. :) :D

It's much better today. Thanks kwputt and WOW, three knee repair surgeries? Well that does it, if all you guys can whip these minor setbacks, so can I!
