Good evening. After driving the new Spyder over the past several weeks, I’m looking for a way to improve the performance and handling. I’ve seen several posts about the Baja Ron Sway bars. For those that installed a sway bar, did it improve the handling ? Which sway bar did you install?

For those that installed after market shocks, which ones did you install? Were they worth the investment?

My ride is a 2025 Spyder RT Limited with 813 miles

Thank you

I owned a 2010 Spyder RT. The suspension wasn't up to snuff so I put a Baja Ron sway bar on. Don't recall size but it was the only one available when I did it; it was quite a bit thicker. I also changed the OEM shocks to Elka shocks and handling was much improved as the Spyder didn't wallow in curves. spyderlovers.com is a great source of Spyder info and I was a member there for several years while i owned mine. I understand the heavier Spyder touring model (RT) is now much improved with better suspension and the larger 3 cylinder engine (found the Rotax twin not really great for a touring machine).

Thank you. I followed your advice and reached out on spyderlovers.com as well
