At the end of this month I will have owned a Harley for 10 years straight. First a 2005 Fat Boy that I put 45,000 miles on. Traded that for a 2007 Ultra Classic that I rode for 106,500 miles. Traded that in Oct. for my 2014 Tri-Glide which I just turned 18,000 miles. I've been riding for over 45 years and still enjoying every minute of it.
Still learning something new about the trike each week but after the first four weeks I just love it. The first day I was ready to take it back. The second day my wife would not let me, she loved it. Glad I stuck it out and now I wish I would have done it a few years earlier.
The changes I've made to Blue III (the other two were Blue I and Blue II) have been great; The Street Cannon Mufflers, De-Cat Head Pipe, Power Vision (I'm still working on learning how to use this to its full potential) and Daymaker Fog Lights to name a few.
Now looking at getting a Bunkhouse LX sometime this year so we can enjoy camping and travel to more places.
Lastly I want to thank each and everyone here at TrikeTalk for the welcome when I joined and all the GREAT post and ideas that I try to read as much as possible. You all have made the learning curve going from two wheels to three much easier for sure.
Now guess I need to get back to watching helicopters, airplanes and ambulances here at work. :Coffee:ThumbUp
