Sturgis South (MS) Rally

We have been seeing MANY more trikes at our local rally than ever before. I believe more people are catching on what these are all about. Have not seen any Stallions and have only seen 3 Spyders so far. My wife has been trying to keep a trike count and is currently at 75. This includes all makes...factory to dreamed up in someone's garage. Some of those garage machines are VERY interesting. Last nights dinner ride consisted of 422 bikes vs 377 last year. Don't have an estimate of total attendance, but the rally promoters are hoping for +/- 30,000. Not too bad for a little Mississippi town.

I lived in Walls, MS for a time, and yes - some of those towns can really be small!!

Congrats on the rally - glad it was such a good turnout!

We stopped counting trikes Saturday when we reached 160. Just having too much fun to try to keep count. Still don't have estimates on total bike count, but will post as soon as we do. If you haven't ever made this rally, it would be a good one to add to your calendar.
