I have been hearing a squealing noise at about 5-9 mph in 1st. gear getting ready to pull into my driveway, I thought it might be the rear brakes that have been brought up here a few times, today when I heard the squeal I put it in neutral while costing and the squealing stopped, any one else had this prob. ?....or is it normal ?...Thanks for any advice.

is it from the left side of the bike like a whining noise??
what year is your bike?

It's a 2013, now has about 2400 miles on it, it does sound like the right rear, but I can hear it from the left side also, and it could be a whining/ squeal? but the noise stops as soon as I put it in neut.

it could be the primary chain /gears from the new bike..it goes away with more miles.

Now thats if its that whining/whirling sound that we are describing.
